Open Class: Adult Contemporary

Join us for this series of open workshops led by the professional dancers of Ballet d'Jèrri.

Our company dancers represet a wealth of experience in different styles and disciplines. This workshop series aims to make the resource of their knowledge and expertise more accessible for our local dance community. Hosted at the BDJ studio at Fort Regent, these one-off workshops are a chance to explore different aspects of dance training, introduce new movement, or supplement an existing dance education.

About this session:

In this class the focus will be on contemporary dance technique, and while some previous experience would be beneficial, all levels, ages, and abilities are welcome.

All ages are welcome.

Please arrive at the studio around 15 minutes prior to the class to check in. ou may also catch the tail end of some BDJ rehearsals!

Recommended attire for this class is comfortable clothing that allows free movement range, and socks.
